Please Note: Our salon requires a minimum of 24 hour notice for cancelling an appointment before a cancellation fee may be applied. The fee amount will vary depending on the length of your appointment; the longer the appointment the higher the fee. This policy ensures that our stylists get appropriately compensated for their time and reduce our number of late cancellations.

To ensure you receive the best results possible, please arrive to your appointment on time. We allow a 10 minute grace period before you may be subject to a reduced or rescheduled appointment with a cancellation fee applied.
